Razwana – love this very visual format of your interviews – unique and easy to read. And packed with insightful info. Lydia is a freedom fighter and doing the most important work in the world – helping others break out of the cubicle and do work that is in alignment with their “genius zone” or purpose. Her tips on reverse-engineering the process to give people a solution is solid advice. You guys never did answer the question, did you – was there wine?
